One Hour New Patient
This would be a comprehensive visit looking at all aspects of health. $250
Kacey has training with all gynecology issues, celiac disease, chronic fatigue, PCOS, infertility, bioidentical hormones, premature ovarian insufficiency, etc! I prefer all new to Kacey patients start with this visit type.
Testosterone (male or female) Pellets
30 minute appointment. $300 (female) or $350 (male) + the cost of pellets (patient to buy pellets from the pharmacy). Estradiol pellets can be considered for women after a hysterectomy.
Annual Gynecology Exam
This is a 30-minute comprehensive gynecology visit. We will do a physical exam and make sure you are up to date on all screening exams for your age. Birth control management is included. Pap smears (if due) will be billed to your insurance through Labcorp. Menopausal hormone therapy is best addressed in a separate 30-minute visit (not part of the wellness exam). $125
Starting on 9/1/25, this visit will become 45 minutes for $188. I have found that 30 minutes is not enough time!
60 Minute Follow Up
60 minutes is often needed for your first KCW visit. Kacey will always review your medical history at your first visit. Existing patients will often book this visit to review extensive lab results, Genova GI effect results, etc. $250
30 Minute Follow Up
Reviewing testosterone cream bloodwork, infertility follow up, lichen sclerosus checkups, lab follow up appointment, vaginal infections, etc. $125
15 minute follow ups in person or telehealth
These are quick checkups for existing patients. If you would like to have bloodwork ordered, need a new prescription, need quick medical advice, need a visit for a quick problem, etc.
30 Minute Weight Loss
Weight loss medications require follow up visits every 4 weeks for the first few months. $125
Kacey will try to prescribe FDA approved medications at first. If needed, we can use compounded GLP medications. Medications are purchased separately through the pharmacy. Kacey primarily uses 2 local compounding pharmacies that follow good compounding practices.
Follow up visits may be able to be moved to 15-minute appointments once established.

Our Services
Your time with Kacey will be considered a cash pay service. Patients will pay at the beginning of their visit with cash, credit card, check, Venmo, etc. The electronic health system that KCW uses allows a credit card to be stored and also allows patients to connect their checking account information so payments can easily be handled. KCW can provide a receipt if you would like to turn this into your health insurance, but KCW will not communicate with health insurance plans. Unfortunately, the current healthcare system does not allow providers to have longer comprehensive visits, so this is the only way for KCW to provide the care that KCW is proud to offer at KCW.
KCW prefers to use Labcorp for bloodwork, pap smears, vaginal swabs, etc. Labcorp can bill your health insurance for lab services provided. You are able to use any lab of your choice for bloodwork, but please make sure the results make it back to KCW!
